Food & Fellowship
SUM Food & Fellowship is a ministry gathering and grace over a meal. Four times over eight months, six to eight people will get together around the table to laugh, tell stories, and get to know each other. The host prepares the main dish and the guests bring an appetizer, side dish, and dessert. Each household will host once and be a guest at others three times. Meeting at a restaurant is also an option. If you would like to join the fun but cannot make the commitment to four dinners, you can be on the substitute list. When a guest is unable to attend, the host will contact a member on the sub list. This is a great way to get to know each other - meet new people and reconnect with those you know – in a comfortable, welcoming setting. There is room at the table for everyone - you can join as a single or a couple, you can join with a friend, you can invite your neighbors. Truly, every gathering is an enjoyable experience of fellowship!

Susanna Circle
Usually (but not always) meets at 6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month. This circle enjoys guest speakers as well as field trips and special activities, some during the Tuesday meetings and some on Saturdays. A long list of worthy causes is supported in a variety of ways, including the Methodist Munch Super Bowl snack sale.

Men's Book Club
Calling all Gents...
Ever read a great, thought-provoking book and wish you could discuss it with a group of friends? Join us in the Men’s Book Group! We're a loosely organized group that includes readers from inside and outside the church. Beginning in September, we gather on Zoom at six week intervals (usually on Thursday evenings) for an hour and half or so to talk about a book that the group has voted to discuss. The sessions are lively and often spirited, and you're welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. Our first session this season is on September 26 at 7:00 pm. We'll be discussing The Demon of Unrest by Erik Larson. If you'd like to participate, contact Alan Lahue.
